Event Bookings at Cube Coffee

  • Our rates are based on your guest count and the day of the week:

    • Monday – Friday: $100/hour (up to 25 guests) or $200/hour (25-50 guests).

    • Saturday – Sunday: $150/hour (up to 25 guests) or $300/hour (25-50 guests).

  • Events can be scheduled any time during our regular operating hours, with one exception: we do not host private events on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday evenings after 4:00 PM.

  • No, Cube Coffee remains open to the public. However, we provide professional dividers to separate your group and create a comfortable, semi-private setting for your guests.

  • We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining rental balance and any pre-ordered items must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Yes. While we offer our own selection, you may bring outside catering. Please note there is an additional fee of $75/hour for outside food, and you must provide your own disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins.

  • No. To maintain our quality standards, outside beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and outside desserts (cakes, cupcakes, pastries) are strictly prohibited. All sweets and drinks must be purchased through Cube Coffee.

  • Yes, there is a minimum food and beverage purchase of $10 per person. For example, an event with 25 guests requires a minimum spend of $250 on Cube Coffee products.

  • You are welcome to decorate your reserved area! However, to protect our shop, we do not allow tape, nails, tacks, or glue on our walls or screens. Additionally, glitter, confetti, and sparklers are prohibited. All decorations must be removed immediately after your event

  • We provide 20 minutes of complimentary setup time before your event officially begins.

  • If you cancel with less than 10 days' notice, you will forfeit your $50 deposit and be charged 50% of the total rental fee.

  • Events must end promptly to respect our other guests. If an event exceeds the scheduled end time by more than 15 minutes, an additional hour of rental will be charged.

  • We ask that you leave the space as you found it. A $100 cleaning fee will be applied if the space requires cleaning. Any accidental damages to the property must be paid for at the conclusion of the event.
